In the Battle of Tsushima in 1905, the Japanese fleet defeated the Russian fleet thanks in large part to ships constructed in Britain and Italy. After 117 years, Japan is now looking to these two European countries to work with them on the development and construction of a new stealthy fighter plane for the next generation.
